2. Pricing, Taxes, and Quotes

· Currency: All prices quoted on our website, social media channels, or physical invoices are stated in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless expressly noted otherwise.

· GCT (General Consumption Tax): Unless specified as tax-inclusive, prices are subject to the standard Jamaican General Consumption Tax (GCT).

· Quotes and Estimates: Any written or verbal estimates provided for custom security installations, vault modifications, or maintenance services remain valid for 15 business days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders, Dispatch, and Islandwide Delivery

· Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability constraints, incorrect pricing markers, or security verification anomalies.

· Islandwide Servicing and Delivery: We provide delivery and onsite installation services throughout Jamaica. Delivery windows and site preparation requirements will be explicitly detailed on your final job sheet or sales order invoice. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to ensure the delivery pathway can structurally support heavy physical security systems (such as commercial safes or heavy vault panels).

4. Technical Service and Installation Disclaimer

· Site Evaluation: For custom installations, vault doors, or high-security master key layouts, structural evaluations may be requested before installation begins.

· Post-Installation Modifying: Lock Safe & Vault Ltd. is not responsible for any security flaws resulting from structural modifications, unauthorized lock cracking, or code adjustments managed by third-party locksmiths or standard contractors after our trained staff signs off on a system.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

· Security Nature Acknowledgement: Security products are built to deter and resist forced entry or fire hazards, but no product is entirely impenetrable. Lock Safe & Vault Ltd. makes no warranty that a safe or vault will completely prevent theft, property loss, or damage in extreme events.

· Cap on Liability: To the full extent permitted under Jamaican law, the total liability of Lock Safe & Vault Ltd. for any claim arising from an order or service shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for that specific item or service line. We are never liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of cash, legal documents, jewelry, or emotional distress).

6. Intellectual Property Right Protection

All digital and physical assets, including brand names, safe designs, site logos, copy text, layout frameworks, and graphics displayed on our site are the exclusive property of Lock Safe & Vault Ltd. or our respective manufacturing partners. You may not repurpose, mirror, or copy this content without our prior written authorization.

7. Governing Law and Legal Disputes

These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of Jamaica. Any litigation, claims, or regulatory filings arising from your engagement with Lock Safe & Vault Ltd. shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the parish courts or supreme courts of Jamaica.
